The transformative learning process at Brainfield is designed to help our students grow both in and out of the classroom. Each day is filled with opportunities to experience new educational and social situations to further development. These experiences are designed to help our children develop a range of important leadership skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. Our teachers create a safe and open setting, where they can guide students in exploring the world around them. We aim to foster a culture of strong and effective leadership at a young age, and help our students to develop the skills they need to be successful leaders in their classrooms and communities.

Our instructional approach focuses on hands-on, experiential learning. It is based on the idea that students learn best by doing, rather than simply being told or shown how to do something.
